Creating Presentation Materials

You can create presentation materials from computer files. When you use this
software, it simultaneously converts the files to JPEG image files and creates SPP
files. The SPP file contains information such as their settings.
You can create presentation material from the following types of files:
• PowerPoint file
• JPEG, BMP, TIFF, PNG or PSD files
Notes
• Make sure that PowerPoint is installed in your computer before you create
presentation materials from the file created with PowerPoint. If PowerPoint has
not been installed, you cannot create your presentation material with this
software.
• You cannot use some functions, such as animations or effects that is set in
PowerPoint.
• You can save only presentation materials created with this software to the
Memory Stick using this software.
You can easily create presentation materials by dragging and dropping the
computer files into the [PS for Presentation Information] area, then clicking the
[Memory Stick...] button.

STEP 1: Drag and Drop the Source File

Insert the Memory Stick into the Memory Stick slot.
For details of how to insert a Memory Stick, see "Preparing the Memory
Stick" (page 8).

Select [NEW] from the Title Area box when you newly create
presentation materials.

Open the folder (e.g. using the Explorer) that has the file from which you
want to create the presentation material.
Notes
• If you want to add new presentation material to previous material, select the
material to be added to the previous material.
• If [NEW] does not appear, delete unwanted presentation materials.
• Before creating the presentation file, you can select the image quality level.

presentation material from multiple files" (page 17).
For details about selecting the image quality level, see "Using a Menu Displayed
by Right-clicking" (page 25).
