Leave your hands holding on the grips and leave the pulse sensors to your chest while entering the START or PAUSE
stages.
Press PULSE RECOV. to switch off all display functions except TIME. The recovery test now measures your heart rate
and to what extent it would slow down at moderate movement after training. The displayed countdown goes down
from 10:00 minutes (it switches back to training mode after not getting any input from the sensors for 10 seconds) and
then shows the result (your determined level of fitness) as a code (F1 - F6):
