1 Identification
The BRS-FP/BRS-FPi torch cleaning station is used in industry and the trade to automatically clean the gas
nozzle interior of automatic MIG/MAG welding torches. The BRS-FP/BRS-FPi serves as a preventive
measure to extend the service life of torches and enable longer maintenance intervals. The frame structure
is made from cast aluminum with integrated pneumatic valves.
The BRS-FPi version also has an integrated injection jig for anti-spatter fluid.
The BRS-FP is also sold as the "TCS-6".
These operating instructions describe the BRS-FP/BRS-FPi torch cleaning station only. The BRS-FP/BRS-FPi
torch cleaning station must only be operated using original ABICOR BINZEL spare parts.
