ALLGEMEINE PRODUKTINFORMATION Das Automatische Umschaltventil Typ Caramatic ProTwo mit integriertem Niederdruckregler für die Zweiflaschenanlagen ermöglicht ein automatisches Umschalten von Betriebs- auf Reserveflasche, sobald die Gasflasche der Betriebsseite leer ist. Caramatic ProTwo Überdruck-Abblaseventil PRV Das Überdruck-Abblaseventil PRV - Pressure Relief Valve, im Weiteren PRV genannt, ist eine im Druckregler eingebaute, selbsttätig wirkende Sicherheitseinrichtung mit begrenztem Durchfluss, welches die angeschlossenen Verbraucher vor unzulässig hohem Druck schützt. Entsteht auf der Ausgangsseite ein unzulässig hoher Druck z. B. durch hohe Temperaturen, öffnet das PRV und bläst den Überdruck über die Atmungsöffnung ab. -

Caramatic ProTwo Schraubverbindungen Explosions-, Brand- und Erstickungsgefahr durch Undichtheit der Anschlüsse! Kann durch Verdrehen des Produktes zu Gasaustritt führen. Produkt nach der Montage und beim Nachziehen der Anschlüsse nicht mehr verdrehen! Nachziehen von Anschlüssen nur in vollständig drucklosem Zustand! Die Dichtungen an den Eingangsanschlüssen (sofern vorgesehen) müssen bei erneuter Montage gewechselt werden! Darauf achten, dass die Dichtungen richtig in der Fassung liegen und die Anschlüsse fest angezogen sind. -

Caramatic ProTwo Vereinfachte Dichtheitskontrolle Bei jedem Gasflaschenwechsel und nach längerer Stillstandszeit, Flaschenanlage auf Dichtheit prüfen. 1. Gasflaschenventil der Betriebsseite schließen. 2. Gasflaschenventil der Reserveseite öffnen. 3. Sichtanzeige wechselt von GRÜN auf ROT = Reserve. 4. Geöffnetes Gasflaschenventil der Reserveseite schließen. -

Caramatic ProTwo BEDIENUNG Gasflaschenwechsel während des Betriebes 1. Umschalteinrichtung mit GRÜN auf Gasflasche der Reserveseite stellen. 2. Gasflaschenventil der leeren Gasflasche schließen. 3. Anschluss an der Gasflasche lösen. 4. Leere Gasflasche gegen volle Gasflasche tauschen und anschließen. Die Gasrücktrittsicherung verhindert ein Durchschlagen des Gasstroms am freien Anschluss während des Gasflaschenwechsels. -

Caramatic ProTwo Die Caramatic ProTwo kann auch mit nur einer Gasflasche betrieben werden. Das im Eingangsstutzen integrierte Rückschlagventil verhindert das Ausströmen von Gas aus dem freien Anschluss. Beim Betrieb mit nur einer Gasflasche muss der freie Anschluss an der Caramatic ProTwo mittels der Verschlussmutter verschlossen werden. -

Caramatic ProTwo INSTANDSETZUNG Führen die unter FEHLERBEHEBUNG genannten Maßnahmen nicht zur ordnungsgemäßen Wiederinbetriebnahme und liegt kein Auslegungsfehler vor, muss das Produkt zur Prüfung an den Hersteller gesandt werden. Bei unbefugten Eingriffen erlischt die Gewährleistung. AUSSERBETRIEBNAHME Gaszufuhr und dann Absperrarmaturen der angeschlossenen Verbraucher schließen. -

Caramatic ProTwo Pressure relief valve PRV The pressure relief valve (PRV) is an automatic safety device with limited flow that is installed in the pressure regulator to protect connected devices against inadmissible high pressures. If there is inadmissible high pressure at the outlet side, for example due to high temperatures, the PRV opens and relieves the excess pressure through the breather. -

Caramatic ProTwo Overdrukventiel PRV Het overdrukventiel PRV - Pressure Relief Valve, hierna PRV genoemd, is een in de drukregelaar ingebouwde, zelfstandig werkende veiligheidscomponent met begrensd debiet, die de aangesloten verbruikers beschermt tegen ontoelaatbaar hoge druk. Ontstaat aan de uitgangskant een ontoelaatbaar hoge druk, bijv. door hoge temperaturen, dan gaat de PRV open en blaast de overdruk via de ventilatieopening weg. -

Het product na de montage en tijdens het aandraaien van de aansluitingen niet meer draaien! Aandraaien van aansluitingen alleen in volledig drukloze toestand! -

Caramatic ProTwo De Caramatic ProTwo kan ook met één gasfles gebruikt worden. Het in het ingangsmondstuk geïntegreerde terugslagventiel voorkomt het naar buiten stromen van gas uit de vrije aansluiting. Bij bedrijf met slechts één gasfles moet de vrije aansluiting aan de Caramatic ProTwo met de sluitmoer afgesloten worden. -

Caramatic ProTwo REPARATIE Leiden de onder OPLOSSING VAN DE STORING genoemde maatregelen niet tot de correcte herinbedrijfstelling en is er geen sprake van een ontwerpfout, dan moet het product voor controle aan de fabrikant worden gezonden. Bij onbevoegde ingrepen komt de garantie te vervallen. -
