SPOOL REMOVAL
1. Remove battery from trimmer.
2. Invert string trimmer to access spool.
3. Remove spool cover. Press on the two
tabs parallel to each other on the side of
the cover.
4. Remove the spool from spool housing.

SPOOL REPLACEMENT
1. Replace the spool with a new pre-wound
spool.
2. Place the spool in the cover as shown
below.

SERVICE AND ADJUSTMENTS

3. Insert the ends of the lines through the
line exit holes in the sides of the cover.
4. Reinstall the spool and cover onto the
trimmer head. Push until cover snaps
into place.
