Unpack the printer

Remove the tape from inside and around the printer.
Remove the protective film from the printer screen.

Plug in the power cord
1. Connect the adapter plug for your country/region to
the power cord.
2. Connect the power cord to the back of the printer.
3. Plug the power cord into a working electrical outlet.
4. Press On to turn on the printer. Note that the printer
screen raises up and the In and Out trays open.
Attach the new faceplate
1. Carefully lift the printer screen.
2. Pull up the edge of the faceplate as shown. Do the same
on the opposite side.
3. Install the new faceplate. Press firmly in the center and
on both sides to snap it in place.
Select your language
1. When Select language appears on the printer screen,
press or to highlight your language, and press OK.
2. When Set LCD language to (your language) appears,
press or to highlight Yes, and press OK.
3. When Select country/region appears, press
highlight your country/region, and press OK.

Déballez l'imprimante
Retirez le ruban adhésif situé à l'intérieur et autour de l'imprimante.
Retirez le film de protection de l'écran de l'imprimante.

Branchez le câble d'alimentation
1. Branchez la prise de l'adaptateur correspondant à votre
pays/région au câble d'alimentation.
2. Connectez le câble d'alimentation à l'arrière de
l'imprimante.
3. Branchez le câble d'alimentation à une prise secteur
opérationnelle.
4. Appuyez sur le bouton Marche pour mettre l'imprimante
sous tension. Notez que l'écran de l'imprimante se soulève
et que le bac d'entrée/de sortie s'ouvre.
Fixez la nouvelle façade
1. Soulevez délicatement l'écran de l'imprimante.
2. Soulevez le bord de la façade comme indiqué.
Procédez de même sur le côté opposé.
3. Installez la nouvelle façade. Pour l'enclencher,
appuyez fermement sur le centre et les deux côtés.
Sélectionnez votre langue
1. Lorsque l'option Choisir la langue s'affiche à l'écran
de l'imprimante, appuyez sur ou
langue en surbrillance, puis sur OK.
2. Lorsque l'option Définir le français pour l'affichage ?
s'affiche, appuyez sur ou pour mettre Oui en
