Fold back the handrail (3). Attach the safety key (35) to the console to start
the treadmill. Otherwise the treadmill will not operate. Note: The safety
key is designed for immediate emergency stop. For safety reasons, it
is recommended that the key be attached to clothing each time you
exercise.
