2. SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

INTENDED PURPOSE
• This product is intended for private use and is not suitable for medicinal, therapeutic
or commercial purposes.
• The maximum permissible weight of a person using this product is 100 kg.
HAZARD FOR CHILDREN
• Children cannot recognize the hazards that this product may pose. For this reason,
keep this product out of the reach of children. The product is not a toy. Store the
product at a location out of the reach of children and pets.
• Parents and supervisors should be aware of their responsibility, since, due to
children's natural playfulness and love of experimentation, situations and conduct
will likely arise for which the training unit is not intended.
• If you allow a child to use the product, do not leave it unattended during use. Make
all necessary adjustments to the product yourself and supervise the child during
exercise.
• Keep packaging materials out of the reach of children. They pose a suffocation
hazard!

• All recommendations in this user manual are only intended for healthy persons and
not for persons with heart/ cardiovascular or other problems. All tips are intended
only as rough suggestions for a training program.
• Make sure to consult your doctor before starting your training routine. Your doctor
can give you suggestions regarding the maximum load (weight, repetitions, etc.)
that you want to work with. Your doctor may also give you detailed information on
the proper posture during exercise and regarding your training targets, as well as
answer questions regarding a proper diet.
• Stop exercising immediately if your feel dizzy or experience pain. Consult your
doctor.
