Testing the drawbar angle
The drawbar has a certain working angle. If this is
exceeded or undercut, the pallet stacker will switch
off.
"B" at the top and bottom are the shut-off angles.
"M" is the working area.

Control buttons
Check all control buttons for ease of movement,
and whether they automatically return to a neutral
position once they have been released.
Check all buttons for correct function.
Collision safety button
The collision safety button, also called belly switch,
causes a forward movement when used. This is a
safety device against jamming and must be fully
functional at all times. No manipulation of the
collision safety button is permitted.
Note
Please note that inadvertent activation of the
collision safety button during normal driving
operation will result in interruptions of the
driving movement.
Lifting device
Prior to starting the work, check carefully whether
the lifting device shows any signs of damage or
deformation.
Check the lifting functions, and in doing so, listen
for unusual noises.
IMOW-E-BF series
Any kind of reproduction, even in parts, is not permitted.
Checking the steering system
Move the drawbar to the right and left. It must be
able to move without getting hooked anywhere. The
steering force is higher at standstill as opposed to
while driving.
Battery maintenance
See chapter: Proper handling of easy-maintenance
battery
Cleaning
If the stacker truck is used in a dusty or soiled
environment, it must be cleaned from time to time.
Sand and dust on the bearings or seals will cause
damage and result in excessive wear and maybe in
downtime.
Foreign objects stuck in the wheels should be
removed in a timely manner or otherwise replaced.
Regular cleaning and care can also protect from
bad surprises, as developing wear or defects can
be detected in time and thus respective repair and
service can be scheduled more easily.
"
As a rule of thumb:
A clean stacker truck works
"
longer and better.
