CLEANING & STORAGE
WARNING: Always turn the appliance OFF,
unplug the power cord from the electrical outlet
before handling or cleaning it.
CAUTION: Do not use any abrasive cleaners or
solvents, as this will damage the appliance. Do
not allow water or other liquids to run into the
interior of the appliance, as this could create a
fire and/or electrical hazard.
Exterior Cleaning:
• Clean the exterior surface of the appliance
by wiping it with a soft, damp cloth. Dry
the appliance with a soft clean cloth.
• Clean the vents and outlets with a vacuum
cleaner, using the brush attachment to
avoid any dust and debris build-up.
Cleaning the Air Filter:
We recommend that you clean the air filter in
your appliance once every two weeks. The filter
casing is located behind the blue honeycomb
evaporative filter.
To access and clean the filter:
1. Gently remove the filter casing from the
rear of the appliance.
2. Remove the honeycomb evaporative
filter from in front of the air filter and then
remove the air filter from the filter casing.
3. Use a firm brush or a vacuum cleaner with
the brush attachment to clean the filter.
4. Return the air filter and honeycomb
evaporative filter to the filter casing and
then the entire filter casing to the rear of
the appliance.
Cleaning the Water Tank:
WARNING: Never leave water in the water
tank when the appliance is not in use,
microorganisms can grow in stagnant water,
the water tank should be emptied and cleaned
regularly.

The water tank should be cleaned at least every
week or prior to storage to prevent growth of
mould, mildew, and bacteria.
1. Remove and empty the water tank as per
the instructions above.
2. Clean the water tank with warm tap water
and mild detergent (e.g. washing up
liquid). Note: Do not use boiling water to
clean the water tank.
3. Ensure to remove any scale or deposits
that have formed inside the water tank.
4. Wipe all surfaces dry before placing the
water tank back into the appliance.
Storage:
• Run the appliance on fan-only mode on the
low fan speed setting for four hours to allow
the interior of the appliance to fully dry.
• Turn the appliance OFF, unplug the power
cord from the electrical outlet before
handling.
• Ensure the appliance and water tank are
clean and dry before storage.
• Remove the battery from the remote control.
• To store your product out of season, we
recommend using the original or similar size
box.
• Do not kink or wrap the power cord and
plug around the appliance, as this may
cause the insulation to weaken or split,
particularly where it enters the appliance.
• Store the appliance in a safe, clean and dry
place when not in use.

not be disposed of with other household waste
throughout the EU. This is to prevent the
possible harm to the environment and human
well-being. Contact your local authority for
information regarding the collection systems
available. If possible, recycle it responsibly to
promote the sustainable reuse of resources.
