3. Installing in the Vehicle

For the protection of your baby
f Never leave your child in the car child seat in the
vehicle unsupervised.
f Do not place any objects in the footwell in front of
the Porsche Base ISOFIX.
For the protection of all vehicle occupants
In the event of emergency braking or an accident,
unsecured objects and persons can injure other vehicle
occupants. Therefore, please always make sure that
f the backrests of the vehicle seats are locked (e.g.
engage folding rear seat bench).
f all heavy or sharp-edged objects in the vehicle (e.g.
on the rear shelf) are secured.
f all people in the vehicle are buckled up.
f the car child seat is always secured in the vehicle,
even if no child is being transported.

For the protection of your vehicle
f Using car child seats can produce signs of wear on
some car seat covers made from sensitive material
(e.g. velour, leather, etc.). To avoid this, you can
place a blanket, towel or similar item underneath the
car child seat.
