5. Install the new filter by aligning the arrow indicators on the
filter label (a) and filter base above (b) as shown then pushing
up and turning a quarter-turn counter-clockwise until the
filter stops. The filter base arrow should now point to the
"lock" arrow on the filter label. Repeat with any remaining
filters to be changed
Important: Be sure when replacing the filters that
you install the new ones in the correct location by
referring to the color coded sticker on the machine
and matching to the colored filter labels. Failure
to replace the filters in the correct location may
damage the machine and filters.
6. After replacing filters, locate the filter change sticker chart and write down the date and filters
changed on the chart. It's important to track each filter change since the RO filter is on a different
cycle than the other 3. Here's the replacement cycle:
After 6 months: replace 3 filter set (RF-20) and replace faucet battery
After 12 months: replace 3 filter set (RF-20) and replace faucet battery
After 18 months: replace 3 filter set (RF-20) and replace faucet battery
After 24 months: replace 3 filter set (RF-20), the RO filter (RF-40), and replace faucet battery
Note: Brondell provides a new faucet battery replacement with each RF-20 filter set and a new
filter change sticker chart with each RF-40.
7. Replace the Front Cover.
8. Open the T-valve under the sink to turn on the flow of water
to the Circle.
