INSTALLATION
FITTING THE DEVICE
» Position the supporting structure for the device (fig. 1)(A) on the back left
corner of the machine ensuring that the surfaces of the column fit per-
fectly against the casing (fig. 2).
» Drill the casing at the four holes in the TECNOROLLER column. Use
a drill bit of 10.5 mm.
» Fix the supporting structure to the casing using 4 TE MA 10 x 30 mm
screws, 8 chamfered 10 mm washers, and 4 bolts 6S MA 10 mm (fig. 2).
» Fit the arm (fig. 1)(B) to the support, placing 2 lightly greased clearance
washers 20 x 45 x 0.3 between the arm and support. Use a TE MB 20 x
100 mm screw and 2 chamfered 20 mm washers placed between screw
and support and nut and support. Fix with a self locking nut M20 x 1.5
mm. Tighten with two normal 30 spanners until there is no more vertical
play and the horizontal movement of the arm is not stiff (fig. 3).
» Insert the locking rod (fig. 1) (E) into the hole in the support (fig. 1)(F).
Fix the other end of the rod to the welded plate on the arm by inserting
the clip pin from below. Tighten the bolt fitted earlier with a normal 24
spanner (fig. 3).
» Insert the turned rod with roller into its seat, position the rear cap nut
provided, and tighten the screw (fig. 4).
PNEUMATIC CONNECTION
»
Disconnect the machine supply hose from the "L" connector on the filter
group.
»
Reconnect as shown in fig. 5.
ADJUSTING STOPS
» After completing the pneumatic connection it is necessary to adjust the
arm limit stops so as to line up the axis of the bead breaking tool with the
machine chuck (fig. 5).
» Loosen the lock nut on the fork on the end of the locking rod. Rotate the
rod until the arm is in the required position and then tighten with the lock
nut.

Positionner le bâti du dispositif (fig.1)(A) dans le coin arrière gauche

de la machine, en prenant soin que les surfaces de la bride coïncident
parfaitement avec celles de la carcasse (fig.2).
Perforer la carcasse en correspondance des 4 trous placés sur la bride
»
du TECNOROLLER. Utiliser un foret de 10,5mm de diamètre.
Fixer le bâti à la carcasse au moyen de 4 vis TE MA 10x30mm, 8
»
rondelles chanfreinées de 10mm. Serrer avec 4 écrous 6S MA 10mm
(fig.2).
Fixer le bras (fig.1)(B) au support en plaçant 2 rondelles 20x45x0,3
»
entre le bras et le support, avec un peu de graisse. Utiliser une vis TE
MB 20x100mm et 2 rondelles chanfreinées de 20mm en les plaçant en-
tre la vis et le support et entre le support et l'écrou. Serrer avec un écrou
de sûreté M20x1,5mm en utilisant 2 clefs normales de 30 jusqu'à ce qu'il
n'y ait plus de jeu vertical et que le mouvement horizontal du bras ne
devienne difficile (fig.3).
Introduire la tige de blocage (fig.1)(E) dans le trou du support (fig.1)(F).
»
Fixer l'autre extrémité de la tige à la tôle soudée sur le bras, en
introduisant le pivot à clip prévu (du bas vers le haut). Serrer l'écrou
précédemment placé, avec une clef normale 24 (fig.3).
Enfiler la tige tournée avec le rouleau dans le logement prévu,
»
positionner le chapeau postérieur et serrer la vis (fig. 4)
RACCORDEMENT PNEUMATIQUE
»
Détacher le tuyau d'alimentation de la machine du raccord en "L" du
groupe du filtre.
»
Rétablir le raccordement selon la fig.5
REGLAGE DU FIN DE COURSE
»
Après avoir achevé le raccordement pneumatique, il est nécessaire de
régler le fin de course du bras pour aligner l'axe de l'outil détalonneur
avec celui de l'autocentreur de la machine (fig.5).
»
Desserrer le contre-écrou en correspondance de la fourche placée à
l'extrémité de la tige de blocage. Faire tourner la tige jusqu'à amener le
bras dans la position désirée et la bloquer en serrant le contre-écrou.

MONTAGE DES TECNOROLLER
Posizionierung des Geräteträgers (Zeichnung 1)(A) an hinterem, linken

Eck der Maschine. Beachten sie das beide Flachen absolut eben sind
(Zeichnung 2).
Übertragen sie das Bohrlochbild des Geräteträgers auf die Maschine.
»
Verwenden sie zum Bohren einen 10,5mm Bohreinsatz.
Befestigen sie den Geräteträger mit 4 Schrauben TE MA 10x30mm, 8
»
Beilagscheiben 10mm und 4 Muttern 6S MA 10mm (Zeichnung 2).
Befestigen sie den Arm (Zeichnung 1)(B) in der Halterung und legen sie
»
zwei eingefettete Beilagscheiben 20x45x0,3 dazwischen. Verwenden sie
eine Scraube TE MB 20x100mm sowie 2 Unterlagscheiben 20mm als
Abstandhalter zwischen Halterung und Mutter. Verwenden sie eine
Stopmutter M20x1,5mm. Mit zwei 30 er Maulschlüsseln ziehen sie solange
fest, bis das verticale Spiel ausgeschallet ist, das horizontale Spiel aber
nicht zu schwergängig erscheint (Zeichnung 3).
Die Fixierungsstange (Zeichnung 1)(E) durch die Halterung schieben
»
(Zeichnung 1)(F). Befestigen das andere Ende mit der auf dem Arm
verschweissten Halterung verbinden, indem von unten nach oben der
Vorgesehene Bolzen eingeschaben und mit Fixierungsvorrichtung
gesichert wird. Nun wird die VorgenannteMutter mit einem 24
Maulschlüssel angezogen (Zeichnung 3).

Die gedrehte Stange mit der Rolle in den vorgesehenen Sitz fügen, die
spezielle hintere Kappe positionieren und die Schraube festziehen.

PNEUMATIKANSCHLUß

Luftzufuhrenden Schlauch am L Verteiter der Wartungseinheit abbauen
und wie in Zeichnung 5 gezeigt montieren.
REGULIERUNG DER ENDSTELLUNG
»
Nach Anschluss der Pneumatik muß der Anschlag des Armes festgelegt
werden.

Colocar la estructura portadora del dispositivo (fig.1)(A) en el ángulo
»
posterior izquierdo de la máquina, asegurandose que las superficies del
estribo estén perfectamente alineadas con las del cajón (fig.2).
Taladrar el cajón coincidiendo con los 4 agujeros hechos en el estribo
»
del TECNOROLLER. Usar una punta de 10,5mm de diámetro.
Fijar la estructura portadora al cajón usando 4 tornillos TE MA 10x30mm,
»
8 arandelas biseladas de 10mm. Ajustar con 4 dados 6S MA 10mm (fig.2).
Fijar el brazo (fig.1)(B) al soporte colocando, entre el brazo y el soporte,
»
2 arandelas de ajuste 20x45x0,3 con un poco de grasa. Utilizar un tor-
nillo TE MB 20x100mm y 2 arandelas biseladas de 20mm, y colocar en-
tre tornillo y soporte y entre soporte y dado. Ajustar con un dado
autoblocante M20x1,5mm utilizando dos llaves normales de 30 hasta
terminar la holgura vertical y el movimiento horizontal del brazo no es ya
un problema (fig.3).
Meter la barra de bloqueo (fig.1)(E) en el agujero del soporte
»
específico(fig.1)(F). Fijar la otra extremidad de la barra a la chapa
soldada en el brazo, metiendo (de abajo hacia arriba) el específico
pasador de clip. Ajustar el dado anteriormente colocado, con una llave
normal de 24 (fig.3).
Enfilar el asta torneada con rodillo en la sede especial, colocar la tapa
»
posterior y apretar los tornillos. (fig. 4)
CONEXION NEUMATICA
»
Desconectar el tubo de alimentación de la máquina del racorde "L" del
grupo filtro.
»
Restablecer la conexión como se indica en la fig.5.
REGULACION FIN DE CARRERA
»
Después de haber terminado la conexión neumática es necesario regu-
lar el final de carrera del brazo para alinear el eje del utensilio destalonador
con el del autocentrante de la máquina (fig.5).
»
Aflojar el contradado situado cerca de la horquilla colocada en el extremo
de la barra de bloqueo. Mover la barra hasta colocar el brazo en la posición
deseada y bloquearla ajustando el contradado.
