9.1 Sleep
The sleep timer is a timer which shuts down the radio after a selected duration. In this
menu you can set the sleep timer to your desired duration. You can select between
sleep off, 15, 30, 45, 60 or 90 minutes.
9.2 Equaliser
With the equaliser you can fit the sound of the radio to your personal taste. You can
select between My EQ and several different presets such as Normal, Classic, Jazz,
Pop, Rock and Speech. In the My EQ menu, you are free to set the Treble, Bass and
Loudness by using the Tune/Select wheel.
9.3 Time and Date
In this menu you can set everything related to time and date.
•
Time and date itself.
•
Time: 12/24 hour mode.
•
Date Format: DD-MM-YYYY or MM-DD-YYYY.
•
Auto Update: Here you can select whether the radio should get the automatic
time updates from DAB or FM.
9.4 Backlight
The brightness of the display can be set separately for the Standby and the Power On
mode.
9.5 Language
Here you can select the menu language between English, French, Italian or German.
9.6 Factory Reset
If you are experiencing unexpected behaviour a factory reset may be necessary.
Please note that the radio will lose all personal settings you have made.
9.7 Software Upgrade
Choose this menu if you want to upgrade the firmware of the radio.
9.8 SW version
Here you can see the software version of the radio.
10 Alarm
Follow the following steps to set alarm at any mode.
•
Press the "Alarm/Scan" button once to set alarm1, twice to set alarm2.
•
Press "Select" to set the alarm.
The display shows "On time", use the "Tune" wheel to set the alarm time.

Press "Select" to advance to the next step.
•
Now you set the "Duration" of the alarm, turn the "Tune" wheel to select how
long you want the alarm to sound. Press "Select" to advance to the next step.
•
Please select now the "Source" from which the alarm sound shall be played.
You can choose between Buzzer/DAB/FM. Press "Select" to confirm.
•
Now you can select the interval at which the alarm will sound. You can choose
Daily/Once/Weekends/Weekdays. Press "Select" to confirm.
