Refer to the table below to find possible solutions to some problems you may experience
with your refrigerator.
Possible Cause
Food packages are
blocking the door seals and
preventing the doors from
closing.
Refrigerator is not leveled
properly.
Floor is not level or strong.
Ambient temperature is very
cold.
Door has been opened
frequently.
Ambient temperature is
humid.
Food containing liquid is
stored in open containers.
Door of the refrigerator is left
ajar.
Thermostat is set to a cold
level.
Operating performance of
refrigerator may change
due to ambient temeprature
changes.
Rearrange food items and containers to clear the area
around the door opening.
Make sure bottles are not leaning out of the door bins.
Adjust the feet to balance the refrigerator.
Make sure the floor is level and strong enought to hold the
refrigerator's weight.
Do not install the refrigerator in places where the temper-
ature falls below 50°F/10°C.
Do not open and close the refrigerator door frequently.
Do not install refrigerator in highly humid locations.
Store food with liquid content in closed containers.
Do not leave the refrigerator doors open for extended
periods of time.
Set the thermostat to a suitable level.
Normal operating conditions.
