Inserting the Spacers
Plastic spacers are used to ensure that the refrigerator is
not pushed flat against the back of a wall.
If pressed directly against the wall, there will not be
adequate air circulation at the rear vent.
To Insert the Spacers:
1. Remove the screws on the back vent of the refrigerator.
2. Attach the spacers and spacer screws found in the
Accessory Kit onto the back vent.

Connecting to the Water Supply

This hose or copper tube connects the refrigerator to the
house's main water line.
Make sure all water line parts and tools are nearby before
beginning this next step.
1. Slide the compression nut over the copper tubing.
2. Slide the compression sleeve over the copper tubing.
3. Insert the compression sleeve into the water outlet.
Make sure it is straight.
4. Slide the compression nut down to the water outlet.
Align and hand-tighten to connect.
5. Use a wrench to tighten, but do not overtighten.
