Troubleshooting
Refer to the table below to find possible solutions to some problems you may experience
with your refrigerator.
Possible Reason
The power source is disconnected or off.
The plug is not completely inserted into an
electrical outlet.
Blown fuse or tripped circuit breaker.
A power failure occurred.
Thermal protective switch triggered
compressor off.
Defrost cycle is on.
The refrigerator is not plugged in.
Temperature settings are not made correctly.
Power outage.
Refrigerator was recently installed.
Refrigerator was recently relocated.
Make sure the power is on at the circuit breaker
panel and that the power plug is fully connected
to an electrical outlet.
Check the fuse or switch (depending on what type
is in your electrical panel)
Replace fuse or reset circuit breaker as needed.
Remove other appliances from circuit.
Contact your electrical provider for more
information.
To conserve energy, try to get everything
you need out of the refrigerator at once,
keep food organized so it is easy to find, and
close the door as soon as food is removed.
Allow refrigerator to sit for six minutes for it
to restart. If the refrigerator does not restart,
call Customer Service.
Will resolve itself when defrost cycle ends.
Make sure that the plug is fit correctly into
the socket.
Select the suitable temperature value.
Refrigerator will return to normal operation
when the power restores.
It may take up to 24 hours for both compart-
ments to reach their set temperatures.
If the refrigerator was in long-term storage or
laid on its side: the refrigerator must stand
upright for 24 hours before connecting it to
power.
