• Shift into neutral in case of manual transmission or put the lever into parking position in case
of automatic transmission.
• Find the required connection points for the power bank:
- The red wire of the connection cable with alligator clips is to be connected to the positive
terminal of the vehicle battery.
- The black wire is to be connected to the earthing point of the engine or some conductive
metal part on the engine. This part must not be moveable. This kind of jump-start connec-
tion is already provided in many vehicles. Relevant information can be found in the log
book of your vehicle.
Never connect the black wire to fuel lines, injection systems or similar parts that
come into contact with fuel.
• Clean the connection points for the power bank to ensure proper conductivity.
Jump Starting Process
The alligator clips of the jump-start cable must not touch each other; otherwise it
may lead to a short circuit.
Follow the correct connection sequence as described.
• Remove the protective cover from the connector of the connection cable with alligator clips.
• Plug the connecting cable with alligator clips into the charging cable port (8). This requires
a certain amount of force to ensure a good contact. The connection cable with alligator clips
must be firmly connected to the charging cable port (8).
• Press the button between the two connection cables on the connection cable with alligator
clips for about one second until the LED POWER turns blue.
• Connect the red wire of the connection cable with alligator clips to the positive terminal of the
vehicle battery first.
• Only then connect the black wire of the connection cable with alligator clips to the earthing
connection point selected previously.
• The LED IN ACTION turns green. The power bank is now in automatic mode.
When the LED IN ACTION is not green, it means that the vehicle battery level is low.
In this case, press the button between the connection cables for about 3 seconds
until the LED IN ACTION turns green. The power bank will now remain in manual
mode for approx. 20 seconds and then turn off.
• Try to start the vehicle. To do this, operate the starter for no more than of 5 - 8 seconds.
• If the vehicle does not start, wait for at least 2 minutes before trying again (the LED IN AC-
TION must be green before making a new start attempt). If this new attempt does not turn
out to be successful, the vehicle battery is most likely damaged and the vehicle cannot be
jump-started. In this case, replace the vehicle battery.
• If the vehicle has started, pull the connection cable with alligator clips from the charging cable
port (8) within 30 seconds and put the protective cover back onto the connector.
• First remove the black lead of the connection cable with alligator clips and then the red lead.
• Recharge the power bank immediately after the jump-start.
Checking the vehicle battery
The connection cable with alligator clips has a built-in test function for the vehicle battery. To
perform a test, connect it to the vehicle battery, but not to the power bank.
• Press the button between the two connection cables on the connection cable with alligator
clips for about one second.
• The LED IN ACTION will light up for approximately five seconds and display the charge
status of the vehicle battery:
green  charged
green/red  discharged
flashing red  heavily discharged
Troubleshooting
In purchasing this power bank, you have acquired a product which has been designed ac-
cording to state-of-the-art technology and is operationally reliable. Nevertheless, problems or
faults may occur. Therefore, we would like to describe here how to eliminate possible faults.
Always follow the safety instructions!
The power bank cannot be switched on:
• The built-in rechargeable battery is flat. Recharge the battery completely.
The charge status indicator (2) remains dark when charging:
• Check the connection to the plug-in power adapter or cigarette lighter charging cable.
• Make sure that the plug-in power adapter or cigarette lighter charging cable are supplied
with power. On many vehicles, the ignition must be switched on first in order to supply the
cigarette lighter with power.
No jump-start possible:
• Check the connection to the vehicle. To ensure proper contact, all contact points must be
clean and connection terminals firmly seated.
The LED IN ACTION turns red and a warning signal sounds:
• The connection cable with alligator clips was first connected to the vehicle battery and only
then to the power bank. Please follow the correct connection sequence (connect to the power
bank first and then to the vehicle battery).
• The connection cable with alligator clips was connected with reverse polarity, or it is dama-
ged.
• Connect the connection cable with alligator clips properly.
• Check the connection cable with alligator clips as follows:
- Connect the connection cable with alligator clips to the power bank or to the vehicle battery.
- If the LED IN ACTION is still red and a warning signal sounds, it means that the connection
cable with alligator clips is damaged. In that case, do not use it any longer.
The LED IN ACTION turns red and a warning signal sounds, but the LED goes out af-
ter switching on (pressing the button between the connection cables) and the warning
sound stops:
• The power bank charge level is too low. Recharge the power bank completely.
The USB ports do not work:
• Make sure that the built-in rechargeable battery is charged.
The LED light (3) will not light up:
• Make sure that the built-in rechargeable battery is charged.
• Switch on the LED light (3) with the function key (1) (press 2x briefly).

Care and Cleaning

Before cleaning the product, disconnect it from the vehicle battery and any connec-
ted devices. Also disconnect it from the plug-in power adapter or the cigarette lighter
charging cable and unplug the plug-in power adapter from the mains socket.
Never use abrasive cleaning agents, rubbing alcohol or other chemical solutions, since these
could damage the housing or even impair operation.
Use a dry, lint-free cloth to clean the product.
Disposal
Electronic devices are recyclable material and do not belong in the household was-
te. Dispose of the product, when it is no longer of use, according to the current
statutory requirements.
The built-in rechargeable battery cannot be removed and must therefore be dispo-
sed along with the device.
