• Connect the USB-A connector on the micro USB cable to a USB port on a computer or other
suitable USB power source (e.g. USB power adapter). Charging will start automatically when
the USB power source delivers a current. The LED charging indicator (2) will flash to indicate
that the internal battery is charging. The flashing LED indicates the current charging status.
• Disconnect the power bank from the USB power source when the fourth LED flashes. This
indicates that the power bank is fully charged and ready to use.
The power bank takes a few hours to charge at the maximum input current. The
actual charging time depends on the battery level and the available charging current
and varies according to the power bank's capacity. Refer to the item number in the
"Technical data" section for details.
c) Charging a mobile device
Press the function button (1) to check the power bank's charging status. If the
battery level is insufficient, charge the power bank before charging a mobile device.
• Disconnect the power bank from the charging cable and remove the micro USB plug from
the power bank.
• Insert the micro USB plug on the USB cable into the micro USB port on your mobile device.
• Connect the USB-A connector on the micro USB cable to USB port 1 (5) or USB port 2 (3)
on the power bank. Refer to the technical data of your mobile device and the output power
of the power bank. You can use the second USB-A port to charge another mobile device. An
additional USB cable is required (not included).
• Both ports have the same specifications. USB-A port 1 (5) can deliver a current of 2.4 A.
USB-A port 2 (3) also delivers a maximum output current of 2.4 A.
• Charging starts automatically. The LEDs on the LED charging indicator (2) turn on to indicate
the remaining battery capacity (see section a) "Checking the status of the internal battery").
• Monitor the charging process. To stop the charging process, press the function button (1)
twice in quick succession. The LED charging indicator (2) will switch off.
• Press the function button (1) once to resume charging. The LED charging indicator (2) will
switch back on.
• Alternatively, you can also stop the charging process by disconnecting the micro USB cable
from one or both of the mobile devices.
• To resume charging, reconnect the micro USB cable(s) to the power bank. Charging will
resume automatically and the LEDs on the LED charging indicator (2) will switch on.
• The power bank stops the charging process when the mobile device is fully charged.
• When your device has finished charging, disconnect the micro USB cable from the power
bank and the mobile device.
It is not possible to charge the power bank whilst using it to charge a mobile device.
d) Overload, short-circuit and overdischarge protection
• In the event of an overload (when the charging current exceeds 3 A for more than 3 seconds),
the power bank automatically switches off the corresponding output. The LED charging
indicator (2) will flash or switch off altogether. Remove the connected device and perform a
reset by recharging the power bank.
• In the event of a short circuit (excessive current), the LED charging indicator (2) will switch off.
Remove the connected device and perform a reset by recharging the power bank, or press
the function button (1) to resume charging.
• In the event of an overdischarge, the LED charging indicator (2) will flash as an alarm.
Remove the connected device and recharge the power bank, otherwise you will not be able
to charge other devices.
Care and cleaning
• This product does not require any maintenance. Never attempt to dismantle it. The
rechargeable battery is built into the product and cannot be replaced.
• Always disconnect the product from the power supply before cleaning it.
• Never use aggressive detergents, rubbing alcohol or other chemical solutions, as these may
