When connecting to the secondary port, make sure that the secondary port is
enabled in the BIOS setting.
The maximum performance of MO drive may be obtained by setting to
"AUTO" or DMA setting. However, a failure may occur accordingly with PC
condition. Refer to the manual of your PC for the setting method.
DynaMO 640AI does not support Ultra DMA. Never configure Ultra DMA for
DynaMO 640AI.
· For best performance, use only the device driver provided by Fujitsu with this
drive.
· Formatting will delete all existing data on the MO disk.
· If you use a partitioned MO disk, the system may show two or more drive
letters assigned to your DynaMO 640AI.

Q: Can I use [Copy Disk] in the File Manager for the MO disk?
A: The [Copy Disk] command in the File Manager only supports floppy
disks and you cannot use this command for any other removable disk.
When you want to make a duplicated MO disk, copy files of your
original MO disk to the hard disk temporarily, and then copy them to
another MO disk.
Q: Can I use [Format Disk] in the File Manager, or Format command at the
DOS prompt to format an MO disk?
A: These Format commands only support floppy disks so you cannot use
these commands for any other removable disk. Please use MO
Formatter supplied with this product to format the MO disk.
Format Related Questions
Q: How can I make multiple partitions on a single MO disk?
A: Run the MO formatter and select [PC/AT HDD type] in the [Select a
Format Type] list box. Then follow the instructions on the screen.
Please note that some operating systems do not allow multiple partitions
on the removable disk.
