Cleaning

CAUTION
Flying swarf and cooling emulsion.
Injuries to eyes.
Ø Wear safety goggles when cleaning with compressed air.
Wear safety goggles!
Use brushes, chip extractors or chip removing hooks to clean the TeleCentric.
After long periods of use, we recommend that the TeleCentric be cleaned thoroughly.

Troubleshooting

Fault
Spindle not turning easily.
Torque is being built up, work-
piece is not clamped.
TeleCentric
Cause
Spindle thread or sliding sur-
faces contaminated with swarf
or corroded.
Minimum clamping width not
reached.
Workpiece clamped laterally
too far off centre.
Cleaning | 10
Remedy
Clean the TeleCentric.
Use different jaws / turn jaws.
Clamp workpiece centrally.
