3 DESCRIPTION

Genius Lite system is intended to manage the product distribution (seeds and/or fertiliser) and simultaneously verify the correct
operation of the main distribution parts, specifically:
Setting and variation of the amount of product to be distributed
Verification of the distribution shaft rotation
Verification of the hopper internal product
Management of seeding ROW SHUT-OFF (TRAMLINE)
Seeding test management
Work speed detection and display
Display of the fan drive rotation speed and relative speed threshold alarm
Display: amount of product distributed, total hectares processed and partial hectares processed
The system consists mainly of a control-programming module (GENIUS LITE monitor), one electric motor that transmits rotation to
the machine doser, one linear electric motor to perform the seeding test (optional, it is available only with some seed drills), one
speed sensor and a series of alarm sensors.
Notes:
The entire electric system must be powered directly by the tractor 12V battery, using the supplied connection
cable.
We recommend installing the monitor in front of the operator to facilitate the use when working.
