3. Calibrating and measuring
to "YES" will confirm the fuel of the last recording while double-clicking to "NO" will
allow for choosing between the following fuels (fig. 3):
fuel oil, natural gas, liquefied gas, town gas, wood, coal.
After the fuel has been selected, the display will switch to the "Measuring" menu.
Without the combustion air temperature feeler, TA will be replaced by the TF value
when the measuring device is switched on (displayed via Ta). If a combustion air
temperature feeler is connected, the combustion air temperature will be recorded by
permanent procedure (displayed via TA).
The core current search can start when an oxygen content in the range from 20.7 to
20.9 % will be displayed.
The waste gas flow must be able to flow freely against the thermo element and may not be
cut off by one of the 4 stays!
After the core current has been found, the probe can be secured by means of a cone cfr.
page 36, (e.g. by heans of a WÖHLER clamping cone or the swivel probe holder).

The "Measuring" menu is devided into the following types of display:
