- If water flows out of the spout close faucet by turning the

the display, the fitting and cooler must be synchronised
as follows, see Fig. [8]:
• Press and hold the

Set the temperature of the cooled water on the cooler, see

hardness set and the size of the cartridge, see table on
fold-out page II.
The cooler of the GROHE Blue
the 600 liter filter cartridge (Prod no.: 40 404) at the factory.
For operation with the 3,000 liter filter cartridge (Prod. no.: 40 412)
or 1,500 liter filter cartridge (Prod. no.: 40 430), the cooler must be
adapted.
The fitting with cooler is now fully installed and ready for
operation.

Resetting filter capacity after changing filter cartridge, see

Important:
Risk of damage!
Always disconnect the power supply before carrying out
maintenance work on the system. The plug-in connector
can then be disconnected, see fold-out page II, Figs. [6]
and [7].
Inspect and clean all components and replace if necessary.
Assemble in reverse order.
