properly or parts are missing. If unable to do so, have a qualified technician

Power supply has wrong
phase.

Power supply switch is
broken.

Fuse is blown.

No input voltage.

Fan is damaged.

Fan's down-lead is broken.

Fan blade is blocked.
4.
Transformer is ruined.

Air valve is damaged.
2.
Air circuit is blocked.

Down-lead is broken.

Discharge gap is too big.

Workpiece is too thick.

Electrical circuit incomplete
4.
Improper grounding.

The cutting speed is too rapid.

Torch electrode or nozzle is
burnt out.

Cut thickness exceeds the
limit of the cutting unit.

Cutting mouth is not vertical.
SUGGESTED SOLUTION(S)

Plug into single phase
power supply.
2.
Replace power switch.
3.
Replace fuse.
4.
Check outlet and power
supply cable for power.
Have electrician repair
either if not working.
