Disposing of the rechargeable battery: remove the rechargeable
battery from the transfer trolley. Insulate the metal contacts with ad-
hesive tape to prevent short circuits. Dispose of the rechargeable bat-
tery in a municipal recycling facility. Do not dispose of the re-
chargeable battery with your household waste.

Do not allow the rechargeable battery to come into contact with li-
quids.

Do not cause a short circuit by bridging the contacts of the re-
chargeable battery, either unintentionally or deliberately.

Do not dismantle the rechargeable battery.

Do not drop or throw the rechargeable battery. For safety reasons,
do not continue to use a rechargeable battery which has been dam-
aged.

Keep the rechargeable battery away from naked flames or other
heat sources. Do not heat the rechargeable battery. Do not expose
the rechargeable battery to direct sunlight.

Basic requirements


Operators of this conveyor system must be trained either by the
Miele Professional Service Department or by a Miele authorised per-
son. Unauthorised and untrained personnel must not be allowed ac-
cess to the conveyor system or its controls.

The supervisor of the conveyor system is responsible for personnel
being inducted into the operational procedures of the system.

The manufacturer cannot be held liable for damage caused by
non-compliance with these Warning and Safety Instructions.
There is a training record template in the operating instructions of
the large steam steriliser.

Non-compliance with these warning and safety instructions will
void the warranty for the conveyor system.

Using accessories


Only genuine Miele accessories or Miele recommended additional
accessories may be combined with the conveyor system. The model
designations of the specific additional accessories are available from
the Miele Customer Service Department. Making modifications to
Miele accessories or using additional accessories which are not au-
thorised can cause unsatisfactory results. Any resultant damage
would also invalidate the manufacturer's warranty.

Cleaning instructions


The conveyor system must not be cleaned in a washer-disinfector
or sterilised in a steriliser.
