Registering new solar sensors

it is advisable to equip sunscreening products facing
various directions of the compass with a solar sensor per
direction of the compass. in this way, the sunscreening
products will contribute even more to improving the
energy balance of the building.
Note: to make the sensor registration and the subse-
quent product assignment easier, it is strongly advisable
to complete setting one sensor at a time.
the example shows how to register a new solar sensor
No. 2 and subsequently assign roller shutter No. 1 to it.
Note: items 1-4 must be completed within 10 minutes.

Prepare sensors for registration:
Press the button at the bottom of the sensor with a
pointed object for at least 5 seconds until the diode
flashes.

Press "Menu".

Scroll through the menus:

Registration is running. this might take some minutes.

the display asks whether to assign the new solar sensor
to the program VELUX ACtiVE.
Press "Yes" to proceed.
