Note: The values shown in the table above are referred to the usage of the filter using a sand bed as a filtration medium.

9. WARRANTY

This filter has been manufactured using the best high technology materials and manufacturing processes, going
through strict quality test on materials, finishes and performance.
We do guarantee the perfect operation of all filters for a period of 2 years, and a warranty of 5 years for the tank
of the bobbin filters.
Only the warranties requested from our customers will be attended, not those requested from third parties.
The current warranty will only apply in those cases where the invoices had been settled within their contractual
due date. The warranty only covers the replacement or repair of defective parts in our facilities or in our facilities
or in our authorized Technical Assistance Service (SAT). Extra charges such as transport costs, works made by
third parties and other extra charges will not be covered by this warranty. The spares used in replacement have
their own warranty, not affecting to the original warranty of the filter. The warranty will not be valid in case the
purchaser doesn't communicate the issue within the warranty time and completing the claim with the invoice of
the product, the delivery note, and always with a clear description of the defect(s) observed.
The warranty will not apply when the product has been installed, put into service, or maintained in an incorrect
way according to the technical datasheet of the product and/or this manual or if it has been
by non-authorized personnel, and/or by using non original spare parts. It will not apply either to those parts which
are fungible or wear out over time, as well as those that suffer fatigue, out of the initial period of warranty of 2
years.
This Guarantee does not limit or prejudge the rights that are inherent to consumers under mandatory national
regulations.
We reserve the right to update, modify, totally or partially change the technical characteristics of our equipment, or the content of this manual,
without prior notice. The recommendations included in this manual do not imply any contractual responsibility. The Images included in this
manual are for informational purposes only.
