WARNING
Shutdown of the appliance.
Contact with live parts may result in electric
shock.
§ Only trained operating personnel may dis-
connect the appliance.
§ Disconnect the appliance and secure
against reconnection.
Steps for shutdown
a) Move the goods to another appliance with the
same product temperature class.
Disconnect the appliance
b) Switch off circuit breakers used with the appliance
and secure them against reconnection
[see } Chapter 8.2].
c) Switch off the circuit breaker used for the control
line
and secure it against restarting
[see } Chapter 8.2].
d) Switch off the appliance circuit by removing the
mains plug
and secure against reconnection
[see } Chapter 8.1].
e) Switch off the control line by removing the mains
plug
and secure it against reconnection
[see } Chapter 8.1]
Longer shutdown
NOTICE
Material damage during prolonged shutdown.
§ Do not expose the appliance to heat radiation.
§ Do not place anything in or on the appliance.
§ Store the appliance in a stable operating position
(horizontal alignment).
a) Carry out the steps for shutdown.
b) Perform basic cleaning [see } Chapter 11.1.1].

Restarting is the same as regular start-up

Malfunction during operation

NOTICE
Material and property damage in the event of
an alarm display.
§ Move the goods to another appliance with the
same product temperature class.
§ Contact the maintenance service immediately

the appliance.
§ Do not operate any electrical devices (e.g.
wet vacuum cleaners) inside the cooling
compartment that do not correspond to
the design recommended by the manufac-
turer. Appliances with explosion protection
markings [see } Chapter 2.1] are permit-
ted.
