Adjustments.
Before mounting or replacing cutting tool or accessories, pull the power plug.
WARNING
This preventive safety measure rules out the danger of injuries through acciden-
tal starting of the power tool.
Adjusting the wheel guard (figure 6).
Release clamping lever.
Turn the wheel guard to the requested work-
ing position, then clamp the wheel guard with
the clamping lever.
Rotating the handle (figure 7).
The handle can be rotated through in 90°
steps with respect to the housing. This allows
you to set the On/Off switch to a more favor-
able handling position for special jobs; e.g., for
cutting-off operations with the adjustable
guide (accessories) and for left-handers.
Press unlocking button and rotate the handle
to the desired position until it engages. The
handle can be rotated clockwise by 90°, and
counterclockwise by 90° and 180°.
