Set-up and operating instructions
Please store this instruction manual in a safe place for future use.
Please read through these instructions–and in particular any instruc-
tions related to safety–carefully and in their entirety before putting
the heater to use. The materials and construction on this device have
been designed to ensure against functional interruptions when used
properly.
I. Assembly
Prior to the assembly of your patio heater, please check that all items are present. (Illus. 1)

Assembly and disassembly is to be undertaken by two persons.
First organise all parts.
1.
Remove the protective wrap from all sheet metal components, where present!
2. Pre-assemble base plate (Detail A):
a.. Stick base plate screen (item 13) over base plate frame (item 14)
b. Screw angle bracket for rear side wall (item 11) to base plate (once stuck together as per point a) with 3x M6 screws (item 21),
washer (item 16) and hexagonal nut M6 (Item 17). Ensure upright position. Screw angle bracket for left/right side wall (item 12) with 3x
M6 screws (item 21), washer (item 16) and hexagonal nut M6 (Item 17). Ensure upright position.
c. Do not tighten the screws firmly yet, as otherwise the wood may not be properly tensioned when the side walls are screwing down
afterward. (Tear out of wood). The screws are tightened during step 7
3. Push column (item 3) through the upper frame (item 6) and fasten with appropriate spanners using 4x M6x40 screws (item 21) and 4x M6
hexagonal nuts (item 17). (Detail Ill. B)
4. Pre-assemble side walls onto upper frame (item 6). (Detail Ill. B):
a. Set side walls (Items 7+8+9) properly upright
b. Lay upper frame onto the lateral bars and screw down with 15x M5x40 screws (item 19) and 15x M5 nuts (item 20).
Ensure upright position of the individual components.
5. Position upper frame (pre-assembled in points 3+4) carefully on the pre-assembled base plate (item 2) so that the angle brackets from the
side walls (items 11+12) are in the wood container.
6. Screw down the angle brackets for the side walls (item 11+12) into the side walls (item 12) using 3x5 wood screws (item 18).
7.
Tip body and tighten the angle bracket for the side wall (Items 11+12) to the base plate.
8. Tighten screws on upper frame.
9. Stick cover of wood body (item 5) properly above column (item 3) and sink onto upper frame (item 6).
10. Fasten adapter (Item 4) to column (Item 3) and fasten using 3x M6 screws (Item 15). (Detail Ill. C)
11. Set complete burner (item 2) with the gas hose onto the column (item 3) and fasten with 3 M6 screws (Item 15). (Detail Ill. C)
12. Screw the reflector (Item 1) onto the complete burner (Item 2) using 3x wing nuts (Item 22) and 3x washers (item 16). (Detail Ill. D)
13. Fasten the door (Item 10) with the wood scres (item 24)
Fasten the chain with the wood srcew (item 25)
14. Connect to gas canister, see below Paragraph II.
