8. TROUBLESHOOTING

Depending on the symptoms detected you can probably find the cause of the problem and find a solution.
FAILURE
The motor does not run
Abnormal noises
Abnormal vibrations
If you cannot solve the problem, take your machine to the technical service.
To locate the after-sales service closest to your location, contact the point of sale where you purchased the
machine.
CAUSE
The battery is not properly connected
The battery is discharged
Damaged switch
Worn brushes
Foreign body in the brush
Internal engine or transmission problem

ACTION
Connect battery
Charge the battery
Send the machine to the technical service
Send the machine to the technical service
Disconnect the battery, wait for the brush to
stop, and remove any objects blocking the spin.
If the noise persists take your machine to the
technical service
