1. Presentation of the device

This portable device has been conceived to prepare cocoa butter for tempering chocolate masses,
pralines and ganaches.
The user can adjust the temperature set value of the Magic Temper® between 30 and 35°C with an
accuracy of 0.1°C.
The Magic Temper® is composed of:
1. A temperature-controlled double tank to contain the cocoa butter,
2. A lid,
3. A 4-colour lighted on/off button
4. A plug to connect the power supply,
5. An external power supply,
6. An European wire,
7. A Japanese wire (if required),
