No restrictions, but self draining. If applicable leak detection hole must be at the lowest point.

TMR31 - general applications
Pipe installation of the compact thermometer:
• A: On angle brackets
• B: In smaller pipes, inclined
• C: Perpendicular to the direction of flow, installation TMR35 with minimal 3° inclination because of self draining
• L = Insertion length
1. Seal the process connection (TMR31) with Teflon tape before you screw in the device.
2. Ensure that the hygienic process connections (TMR35) and the connection adapters can
withstand the maximum process pressure.
3. Install the device before the process application is started.
Minimum insertion length Lmin = 40 mm (1.6 in)
