5. COMPONENT DISASSEMBLY

set screw
• Removing the screw: Use a screwdriver to remove the set screw from the front guard.
• Removing the front guard: After unscrewing, hold the front guard and turn it anticlock-
wise until it loosens from the main body.
• Removing the fab blade: Turn the screw of the fan blade clockwise and take off the fan
blade.
• Clean the components with a soft cloth dampened in water or neutral detergents, then
thoroughly wipe them dry with a soft dry cloth.
