WARNING!
-
Inner polystyrene is easily deformed to absorb impact energy by partial alteration or
destruction.
-
NEVER MODIFY OR REMOVE THE INNER COMPONENTS OF THE HELMET POLY-
STYRENE.
-
NEVER USE GASOLINE, THINNING AGENTS, BENZOL, OR ANY OTHER SOLVENTS
AND/OR CHEMICALS TO CLEAN THE HELMET POLYSTYRENE.

3. VENTILATION SYSTEM
THE LOWER VENTILATION SYSTEM
The lower ventilation system enables air to be channelled directly onto the inner surface of
the visor, reducing the formation of condensation water to a minimum, even at low speeds.
Opening (fig. 1)
Push the slider A up.
Air is channelled through the diffuser directly onto the inner surface of the visor. Dual air
intakes allow air to be directed through two special channels fitted under the shell of the
helmet, and expelled via the open louvers B of the JSW ventilation system.
Closing
Push the slider A down.
IMPORTANT!
Do not disassemble the single components of the ventilation system.

THE JET STREAM WING (JSW) SYSTEM
Thanks to advanced studies in fluid dynamics and aeronautical engineering, Nolan has
developed a system that makes excellent air conditioning of the helmet possible through the
extraction of the hot air inside the helmet, even at low speeds.
Opening (fig. 2)
Push the slider A towards the back of the helmet.
Fresh air enters the helmet through the opening located on the shell into an internal sys-
tem of air channels. The hot air in the helmet is drawn out by two vents and expelled
through the open vent hole B of the JSW system assembled on the helmet's external shell.
Closing
Push the slider A forward.
IMPORTANT!
Do not disassemble the components of the JSW system.
Do not use the helmet without the JSW system, correctly assembled on the helmet.
Use only neutral soap and water for cleaning and compressed air as a drying aid.
The inner polystyrene can easily be deformed. Its function is to absorb impacts by alter-
ation and partial destruction.
DO NOT MODIFY IN ANY WAY THE HELMET'S INTERNAL POLYSTYRENE COMPO-
NENTS.
NEVER USE PETROL, THINNERS, BENZOL OR OTHER SOLVENTS AND/OR CHEMI-
CAL SUBSTANCES.

4. WIND PROTECTOR AND BREATH DEFLECTOR
These accessories make it possible to improve helmet performance when used in particular
conditions.
-
The Wind Protector prevents unpleasant infiltrations of air under the chin.
-
The Breath Deflector prevents the formation of condensation on the visor by deviating
the air flow downwards.
WARNING!
The wind protector and breath deflector accessories can easily be removed. Make sure
they are correctly assembled by pulling them slightly inside the helmet. In the event they
should come off, repeat assembly and disassembly steps. (see attached leaflet).
