on the top edge of the bumper)

Detach the steel crash beam by removing x5 nuts (Note: Run a knife along the mastic compound to separate crash
beam from back panel. Additionally ensure all mastic compound is removed from the Side Arm seating
areas to ensure a true mating surface)
3.
Drop the exhaust from its x2 rubber mountings
4. Loosely attach the Main Frame (A) to the back panel using Nuts (E) and Bolt (F)
5. Slide Side Arms (C) and (D) through the existing holes in the back panel so that they sit within the chassis rail
6. Loosely attach Side Arms (C) and (D) to the Main Frame (A) using Bolts (G)
7. Remove x2 square black rubber plugs situated on the chassis rails at (H) and loosely attach Side Arms (C) and (D) to the
chassis rail using Bolts (H), ensuring that x2 washers are used for each bolt (Note: On the nearside, access to Bolt (H)
for Side Arm (C) is achieved by removing/bending the heat shield during installation and returning it to its
original position once complete)
8. Fully tighten every bolt and nut (Note: Ensure that the Main Frame (A) is tightened in its upper most position with
respect to the M8 bolts)
9. Re-assemble heat shield, exhaust and bumper in reverse order to above (Note: When re-assembling the bumper, it
will be necessary to bend the central bumper support significantly in order for it to fit between the central
profiles and cross tube)
