FITTING
1. Remove the bumper. Remove 2 screws around each wheel arch and one large torx screw at the tip of the bumper, 2
screws & 2 push in clips along the lower edge of bumper & 2 torx screws in the opening to the boot. Carefully pull
bumper tips outwards to release from the clips attaching it to the vehicle. Unplug any connected wiring to free the
bumper.
2. Remove the crash beam. Using a knife score the mastic that runs around the crash beam face attached to back panel
then remove M8 nuts to free the beam. (Note: Additionally ensure all mastic compound is removed to ensure
a true mating surface). Return the beam and nuts to the customer.
3. Lower the exhaust from its rearmost supports and ease heat shield away to make fitting easier.
4. Locate the mounting points along the bottom face of the chassis, removing tape or grommets covering them. Slide Side
Arms (D) down the chassis with Cage Nuts from (E) assembled. Using the remaining fixings from (E) loosely attach side
arms using the mounting point holes.
5. Loosely attach Panel Plates (B & C) to the back panel using fixings (F).
6. Loosely attach the Crossbar (A) to the back panel using fixings (F).
7. Using fixings (G) loosely bolt together plates (B & C), Side Arms (D) and Crossbar (A).
8. Attach chosen neck (ZN) and Electrical Bracket (ZE).
9. Fully tighten every bolt and nut.
10. Re-assemble heat shield, exhaust and bumper in reverse order to above. Use existing push in clips (H) to attach
bumper to bumper supports on the Crossbar (A).
