DOUBLE AND OVAL RADIANT ZONES
The heating element is formed of a coil
of resistant material which reaches the
working temperature quickly.
Operation of the cooking zone is con-
trolled by a continuous energy regulator
from "1" to "12" (maximum tempera-
ture) (fig. 2.7).
By switching on the second element
(fig. 2.8 and 2.9), the surface area of the
rear right and central radiant zones can
be extended.
For this purpose, turn the control knob
(fig. 2.7) fully to the right (position
