Problem
The battery is
connected to the
charger and the
charger does not
work. No LED's burn.
The battery is
connected to the
charger and only the
LED Power on lights.

No input voltage
present.
Charger isn't
activated.
Input fuse broken.
Short circuit on the
output.
Charger is in a
thermical stop
Mains voltage is to
low.
Weak or no connec-
tion between the
battery and the
charger
Reversed polarization
of the cables.
Charger is set on the
power supply mode.
Action
Measure the mains
voltage. It should be
higher then 175VAC.
Set the on/off switch
in the 'on' position.
Return the charger to
the retailer/
manufacturer
The charger will be
activated automa-
tically after removal of
the short circuit.
The charging process
will continue automa-
tically when the
charger has could
down.
Measure the mains
voltage. It should be
higher then 175VAC
check the connection
and the wires.
Remove the connec-
tion. Replace the fuse
in the charger (only
use a fuse with the
same value).
Set switch 6 to the
OFF position.
