Speed too low. Air leaks
from the output.
Drive does not rotate.
Compressed air leaks from
the output.
Tool does not switch off.

Parts of the motor are
worn.
The slip clutch is worn or
jammed due to excessive
lubrication.
Parts of the motor are
jammed due to dirt.
Compressed air pressure
too low.
Motor is jammed due to a
build-up of deposits.
The O-ring on the throttle
valve is dislocated or
defective.

Lubricate the clutch
housing.
Ensure that the tool is not
excessively lubricated.
The clutch housing must
only be half full with oil.

Check the filter in your
compressed air system for
dirt.
Lubricate the tool as
described in this manual.
If possible, switch the
device rapidly from
forward to reverse mode
and run the tool.
Repeat the steps above if
necessary.

and run the tool.
Tap the motor housing
carefully with a rubber
mallet.
Disconnect the tool from
the compressed air supply.
Clear the jam in the motor
by turning the drive.
Replace the O ring
