COMPRESSED AIR CONNECTION

- Ensure that the air hose is not under pressure before you connect the machine to the
compressed air system.
- The operating pressure is 6 bar.
- N N o o t t e e : : Ensure that the compressed air is clean and that the operating pressure does not excess
6 bar. Contaminated compressed air or over-pressure can cause the service life of the machine
to be significantly reduced or lead to damage.
- The compressor's tank should be emptied daily as condensate in the compressed air system
can damage the tool.
- Clean the air filter once a week.
- If a longer hose is used (over 8 m) the hose diameter should be increased to ensure proper
operation of the tool.

LUBRICATION

- To lengthen your tool's working life we recommend that you use an in-line oiler. The oiler
should be checked regularly and refilled with suitable oil. Set the oiler according to the
instructions provided by the manufacturer.
- If no in-line oiler is used, add 2 – 6 drops of oil to the gun through the connection nipple each
day and subsequently every two hours, or more often is the tool is used heavily.
- Lubricate the tool when you finish work and run it at no load for at least 30 seconds. This
ensures that the tool is in good condition after storage. The tool must be stored in a clean
and dry place.
