USING THE MACHINE

- Use only heavy duty sockets which are designed for use with impact wrenches.
- Connect the tool to a source of compressed air.
- Place the socket on the nut or screw you wish to tighten or loosen and pull the trigger.
- To change the direction of rotation press the switch (5). 'R' is for reverse and 'F' is for forward.
- The air flow can be adjusted using the air flow regulator valve (4).

- Lubricate the impact wrench weekly as described in the 'lubrication' section of this manual.
- Do not use worn or damaged sockets.
- The following can lead to unsatisfactory or insufficient performance:
a. Leaks, moisture or constrictions in the compressed air supply system. Incorrect size of
type of compressed air hose.
b. Dirty or sticky deposits in the tool can lead to reduced performance. If the compressed
air supply system is fitted with a filter, this should be dismantled, checked and cleaned if
necessary.
- After you finish work, disconnect the tool from the compressed air system, clean it and store
it out of the reach of children.
