Batteries may contain flam-
mable substances. If batteries are
handled improperly, they can leak,
become very hot, catch fire, or ex-
plode under certain circumstances.
This can lead to serious injuries.
− Do not heat the battery or throw
it into an open flame.
− Do not place the battery and the
tacker in direct sunlight.
− Do not try to charge non-re-
chargeable batteries.
− The battery must not be taken
apart, thrown into the fire or
short-circuited.

− Store batteries out of the reach of
children. Should children or pets
swallow a battery, contact a doc-
tor immediately.
− Avoid contact of battery acid with
skin, eyes and mucous mem-
branes. Should you come into
contact with the battery acid,
rinse the affected area with clean
water and seek immediate medi-
cal attention.

Improper handling of the

tacker.
− Do not clean the tacker with
harsh solvents.
Residual risks
Even if you operate this power tool
correctly, there are always residual
risks. The following hazards may
occur in conjunction with the design
and construction of this power tool:

be caused by flying parts.
b) Hearing damage may occur, if
you do not wear suitable hearing
protection or use the power tool
for a long period of time.
c) Damage to health resulting from
hand-arm vibrations if the power
tool is used for an extended peri-
od of time or is not properly used
and maintained.
