f) Wear suitable clothing. Do not
wear loose clothing or jewel-
lery. Keep hair, clothing and
gloves away from moving
parts. Loose clothing, jewellery
or long hair may be caught on
moving parts.
g) If mechanisms are provided for
the connection of dust extrac-
tion and collection facilities,
ensure that they are connected
and properly used. Use of dust
extraction can reduce dust relat-
ed hazards.
h) Do not falsely assume a level
of safety and do not overstep
the safety rules for power
tools, even if you are familiar
with the power tool after many
uses. Careless action can lead to
serious injuries within a fraction
of a second.
Use and care of the power tool
a) Do not overload the device.
Use the appropriate power
tool for the task on hand.
The correct power tool will do the
job better and more safely
at the rate for which it was
designed.
b) Do not use the power tool if
the switch is defective. Any
power tool that cannot be con-
trolled with the switch is danger-
ous and must be repaired.
c) Disconnect the plug from the
mains and/or remove the
56
rechargeable battery before

making any adjustments,
changing accessories, or stor-
ing the power tool. This precau-
tionary measure also prevents
accidental starting of the power
tool.
d) Keep power tools not in use
out of the reach of children. Do
not let people who are not
familiar with the power tool or
who have not read these
instructions use the device.
Power tools are dangerous in the
hands of untrained users.
e) Take good care of your device.
Check to ensure that moving
parts function properly and do
not jam, check for breakage of
parts or damage that may
impair the power tool's opera-
tion. Have damaged parts
repaired before use. Many acci-
dents are caused by poorly main-
tained power tools.
f) Keep cutting tools sharp and
clean. Carefully maintained cut-
ting tools with sharp cutting
edges are less likely to jam and
are easier to control.
g) Use the power tool, accesso-
ries, insertion tools, etc.
according to these instruc-
tions . Consider the working
conditions and the task to be
carried out. Using the power tool
for purposes for which it was not
intended may result in a hazard-
ous situation.
