Possible cause
Batteries are flat or
accupack is flat (receiver only)
No mains connection (transmitter
only)
Transmitter and receiver are not on
the same channel
Transmission range is exceeded
Transmitter is set to mono operation
and the pilot tone evaluation of the
receiver is activated
Receiver's squelch threshold is
adjusted too high
Transmitter sensitivity is adjusted
too low
Transmitter sensitivity is adjusted
too high
During scanning, an RF signal has
been detected on this channel and
the channel has been locked
Possible solution
Replace the batteries or
recharge the accupack
Check the connections of the mains
unit
Set transmitter and receiver to the
same channel
Check the squelch threshold setting

or reduce the distance between
transmitting antenna and receiver
Deactivate the pilot tone evaluation
