UNPACK
1. Unpack all parts and lay them on a flat, stable surface.
2. Remove all packing materials and shipping devices if applicable.
3. Make sure the delivery contents are complete and free of any damage. If you find
that parts are missing or show damage do not use the product but contact your
dealer.
4. Using an incomplete or damaged product represents a hazard to people and
property.
5. Ensure that you have all the accessories and
tools needed for assembly and operation.
This also includes suitable personal
protective equipment.
ASSEMBLY
WARNING! Always disconnect the
tool from the air supply before
installing, removing/replacing
a saw blade.
1. Loosen the set screw (H) on the blade seat (I)
with the provided hex key (J) by turning
counterclockwise. (See Figure 1)
2. Insert a saw blade (A) into the blade seat (I)
as far as it will go until it comes to a complete
stop. (See Figure 2)
WARNING! Always use a qualified
saw blade to go with the tool for
smooth and fast cutting.
NOTE: Select the right material and
the right tooth blade for your
operation. It is recommended that
operators use 32T blades for cutting light sheet
metal, body panels, exhaust pipes, etc., use
24T blades for general purpose of sawing
aluminum and other soft materials, and use
18T blades for cutting plastic, reinforced
fiberglass, wood, etc.
3. Tighten the set screw (H) with the hex key (J)
by turning clockwise. Be sure that the saw
blade (A) is set tight and secure to avoid
coming loose during operation. (See Figure 3)
NOTE: When removing or
replacing processes a saw blade,
just follow the above
