4. Remove the air inlet protective cap from the air inlet
(F). (See Figure 4)
5. Mount a male plug by hand into the air inlet (F).
(See Figure 5)
NOTE: Use thread sealant tape (not included) on the
male plug and tighten it with a wrench for airtight
connection. Do not overtighten.
6. Place 2-3 drops of air tool oil (not provided) into the
male plug before each use.(See Figure 6)
7. Connect air supply hose to the male plug. (See
Figure 7)
8. Set the working pressure at 90psi/6.3bar for best tool
performance.
NOTE: Working pressure refers to the air line
pressure set to tool when tool is under
working conditions.
OPERATION
Hold the air body saw (E) firmly. Place the work guide
(B) against the workpiece. (See Figure 8)
1. Push the lever of trigger forward and slowly press on
the trigger (G). Let the tool run at full speed. (See
Figure 9)
2. Start the cuts and let the tool do its work with normal
hand force applied on the tool.
WARNING! Do not apply excessive
pressure/force to the saw blade, which will
retard the cutting speed/capacity and will
possibly result in the breakage of saw blade.
NOTE: It is recommended that the stroke,
which will results. sawing should be done on
the backward
