Please Note! This function can only be
used with a fi lled water tank (10).
This fi eld is used to start the cleaning
function for the water system of the
device. It can also be used for descaling
(see the "Cleaning and Care" chapter –
"Descaling").
Operating lamps (19)
These indicate that the cooking process
is underway.
PROGRAMMES
The device features eight preset pro-
grammes and one manual programme.
If one of the preset programmes is se-
lected, it fl ashes on the control panel (3).
The manual programme is set when the
device is switched on.
Please Note: The preset programmes
can only be used with the hot air mode!

Duration: 15 min.
Temperature: 180 °C
Suitable for:
Mozzarella sticks, apple
turnovers, spring rolls or similar and
vegetables, fi sh, chicken
The temperature in steaming
mode is restricted to 100 °C and
cannot be adjusted.
Chips
Duration: 18 min.
Temperature: 200 °C
Suitable for: Potato and sweet potato
chips or similar
