CREATING PHOTOS / VIDEOS
1.
Insert a SD card in the SD slot on the left side of the enclosure. Or use the internal memory (74 MB) of the
endoscope. (See chapter "Main menu settings")
2.
Press the "Photo" button in normal camera operation to take a photo.
3.
Hold the "Video" button down for ca. 3 seconds to start the video recording. "
while the recording is being made.
4.
During the video recording hold the "Video" button down for ca. 3 seconds to end the video recording.
5.
All photos and videos are stored on the SD card or the internal memory and can be transferred to a computer with
the USB cable (See chapter "USB connection").

MAIN MENU SETTINGS
To enter the main menu, press the "OK" button. You are asked if you would like to enter the menu, select "Yes" with the
left / right arrow button and click the "OK" button to confirm.

Language selection
German, English, French, Turkish and Spanish can be selected as menu languages. In order to adapt the menu
language to your needs, proceed as follows:
1.
With the left / right arrow button, select the "Language" menu item and confirm the selection with the "OK" button.
2.
With the left / right arrow button, select your preferred language and confirm your selection with the "OK" button.
Set Time/Date
1.
With the left / right arrow button, select the "Time" menu item and confirm the selection with the "OK" button.
2.
Set the numerical values with the "Photo" and "Video" buttons. Switch to the next value with the right arrow button
or switch to the previous value with the left arrow button.
3.
Select if you want to turn on or off the date label on the operation screen.
4.
Confirm your entries with the "OK" button in order to get back to the menu.
Auto Off
1.
With the left / right arrow button, select the "AutoOff" menu item and confirm the selection with the "OK" button.
2.
Select the auto off time. Confirm with the "OK button and get back to the main menu. The endoscope goes off when
it is idled for this period of time.
TV Output
1.
Plug the AV cable into the TV out socket.
2.
Plug the other end of the cable into a TV in the correct colour.
3.
With the left / right arrow button, select the "TV_Out" menu item and confirm the selection with the "OK" button.
4.
There are three video signals for selection: LCD, NTSC and PAL. Choose the signal that is suitable for your replay
or recording device. If you have any problems, restart the endoscope to set it back to its LCD display.
Select the storage medium
1.
With the left / right arrow button, select the "Memory" menu item and confirm the selection with the "OK" button.
2.
Select the storage medium by pressing the "Photo" button or the "Video" button. Choose "flash" for using the internal
flash memory, choose "SD" for using a SD card.
3.
Select "Work space" with the left / right arrow button.
4.
Press the "OK" button to confirm.

1.
With the left / right arrow button, select the "Memory" menu item and confirm the selection with the "OK" button.
2.
Select the memory medium that you would like to format by pressing the "Photo" button or the "Video" button.
3.
Select "Format" with the left / right arrow button.
4.
Press the "OK" button to confirm.
Displaying images and videos on the screen
1.
With the left / right arrow button, select the "Explorer" menu item and confirm the selection with the "OK" button.
2.
Select "Video Player" or "Picture View" according to your needs.
3.
Select the desired file with the arrow buttons and press the "OK" button. The file is now displayed so that it fills
the screen.
4.
Press left / right arrow button to view the previous / next video or picture.
5.
Press "OK" again to pause. Press again to continue.
6.
Press "ESC" button to quit viewing and go back to "Video Player" or "Picture View"
7.
Select the desired file and press the "Increase brightness" button to delete the file.
8.
Press "ESC" button to quite the "Video Player" or "Picture View"
Camera Setting
1.
With the left / right arrow button, select the "Set" menu item and confirm the selection with the "OK" button.
2.
With the left / right arrow button, select the parameter to be changed.
3.
Change the value with the "Photo" button and the "Video" button.
4.
Select "Default" if you would like to use the default values.
5.
Press "OK" to confirm changes and exit to the main menu.
Power Mode
1.
With the left / right arrow button, select the "Power mode" menu item and confirm the selection with the "OK"
button.
2.
Select the desired time. If the endoscope is idle for this period of time in the main menu, it enters the power mode.
In this mode, the LCD is turned off and the endoscope is ran with minimum power. This mode is intended for faster
charging. Press any button to wake the endoscope. If the endoscope is in normal operation mode, it will not enter
the power mode.

USB CONNECTION
Images and videos that were filmed and stored with the endoscope can be transferred to the computer via the USB
cable. To do so, proceed as follows:
1.
Connect the mini USB plug of the USB cable to the appropriate socket on the right next to the screen.
2.
Connect the USB plug to a free USB port of a computer.

The SD card is recognised as a drive by the computer.
When the endoscope is connected to a computer, a "USB connection picture" appears on the screen. During
this time the endoscope cannot be used. The screen will then turn off in a few seconds.

CD CONTENT
The disc contains some media processing softwares.

Transcoding Tool
1.
Insert the disc into your CD-ROM, the disc runs automatically. If not, run "AutoRun.exe".
2.
Click on the corresponding button to install the software. The button is dimmed if the software has been installed.
3.
Follow the on screen instruction.

RESET THE ENDOSCOPE
Reset the endoscope with the reset pin hole if the endoscope is halted. The setting and memory will not be cleared
with this reset button.
13.
REPLACE THE SWAN NECK CAMERA
1.
Screw off the metal screw fastener. Follow the direction of the arrow imprint on the joint.
2.
Unplug the swan neck camera carefully.
3.
Plug a compatible swan neck camera or extension cable into to socket carefully. Be ware not to break the pins
inside the plug of the swan neck camera. If you are using an extension cable, connect a camera to the end of the
extension cable.
4.
Screw the metal screw fastener to fasten the swan neck camera.

hazardous substances are Cd = Cadmium, Hg = Mercury, Pb = Lead.
You can return used batteries/ rechargeable batteries free of charge to any collecting point of your local
authority, our stores or where batteries/ rechargeable batteries are sold.
